The staff were very very helpful, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The standard room was brand-new with freshly laundered bedding. The hotel was in an exceptionally nice location, near restaurants. The team provided a good service.

Some people working there were a bit rude.

We had Hearing Accessible room with freshly laundered bedding, the shower, which was important. The location of the hotel was peaceful, to the “ to go ” coffee area.

The bed was not comfortable here.

Throughout the day staff were extremely friendly. I really enjoyed the room, the bed was very comfy.

The hotel was ideal and clean with genuinely helpful and very amiablestaff members. Peaceful location to explore Oconomowoc and good service. Walking distance to shopping malls and a big supermarket across the street. An affordable restaurant on site. Certainly a very pleasant experience for wedding in Oconomowoc.

Unbeatable location and genuinely helpful and really helpful staff were a definite plus. There were shopping centers and a big supermarket around the hotel. The room with freshly laundered bedding.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was pretty standard and exceptionally comfortable with good wi-fi. The room was huge and quiet, included big bathroom. The staff were amiable and efficient hole time of my stay. The property's location was absolutely perfect, close enough to restaurant, antique shops and grocery store, UPS, restaurants, and Goodwill.

I had a great stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the pillows. The king suite was spacious and had two TVs. The hotel surprised me with delicious coffee when I checked out. The staff was efficient and friendly. The hotel was clean, and the location was perfect - close to the freeway for easy access to Milwaukee and a grocery store for snacks.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

There was one minor drawback during my stay. The fan in the bathroom couldn't be turned off, creating a slight background noise that was noticeable at night.
